The Host serves as the first and last impression for every guest, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. As the initial point of contact, the Host is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficient guest flow and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
More than simply greeting and seating guests, a Host acts as a brand ambassador, communicator, guide, entertainer, and curator of our unique culture and environment. Through genuine engagement and attentive service, the Host helps create memorable experiences that keep guests returning.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Greet all guests promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival and departure.
Open doors for guests when applicable and provide assistance as needed.
Manage guest seating and waitlists to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Answer guest inquiries accurately, courteously, and confidently.
Provide directions throughout the venue, including dining areas, amenities, and restrooms.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance.
Assist in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and VIP visitors.
Support servers, bussers, and managers in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties, including cleaning, organizing, polishing, sweeping, vacuuming, menu maintenance, and restroom checks.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns or escalate issues when appropriate.
Foster positive guest interactions that build loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
Create memorable moments that exceed guest expectations and contribute to an outstanding overall experience.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
